Return Policy

At Surya Brasil, it is important to us that our customers are completely satisfied with our products. If you experience any problems or have questions concerning your order, or are dissatisfied for any reason upon delivery, please contact us at info@natuessence.it before taking any further steps. We will either replace the item or issue a refund.

You may return new, unopened items (excluding soon-to-expire or promotional items) sold and fulfilled by the Natuessence website within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A 20% restocking fee on the item value will be applied to the refund. We cannot process any refund without prior communication.

Surya Brasil does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we kindly ask that you return the merchandise unopened for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an unfulfilled order within 1 hour of purchase. After that time, the order will be processed for shipping and the return conditions above will apply. To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly at info@natuessence.it.
